Onboarding — what changed:
Current: 7 screens with form inputs, chip selectors, progress dots.
New: 4 screens. Step 1 = hello. Step 2 = a conversation (Sage asks, you answer, Sage sets up arcs). Step 3 = meet the team. Step 4 = here's what I built. No forms. No chips. Just talking.
Trust layer — the design pattern:
Every item gets an agent note: a small, gold-bordered card showing which agent, why they did it, and what they saw. Collapsible by default, always accessible. Over time, you learn which agents you trust (and which ones need guardrails). The agent detail screen shows a trust meter based on completion rate, corrections, and errors. Trust is earned, not assumed.
Agent detail — what improved:
Existing: hero creature, stats, findings timeline, managed spaces, conversations. Good foundation.
Added: Trust meter (accuracy + corrections + errors), Working on now (live tasks), Reasoning log (every decision explained with timestamps and costs), Capabilities list. The reasoning log is the key trust mechanism — you can always audit what the agent did and why.
